To Whom It May Concern
By the end of 2002 Hansjorg & Vera Wergin will
move to Australia to start a new chapter of their live. May 2001, Hans &
Vera been granted a Skilled Migration Visa for Australia after an eight months,
strait forward application process where they been tested and checkup from heart
to English language abilities. There are both free to roam and work in Australia
without any restrictions.
They choose the sunshine state of Queensland 
to start
with.
Who are there...???
Hans is a professional chef with over twenty-two
years of culinary experience. The roots of his cooking skill were development in
a three years apprentice in his native hometown of Tettnang. From than he was
infected with the "Wanderlust" virus and never looked back. To gain
maximum experience he worked the first four years after his apprenticeship in
seasonal establishments in Germany and Switzerland. Been fed-up with the cold
weather in the winter, he secured a position as chef de partie at the famous Red
Sea Palace Hotel in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After only one year he was
promoted from Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef.
The Middle East was a jumping board for him to The
Far East where he has been making his culinary mark since 1989. Each two years
in Bangkok and Manila, one challenging year in Xian - China and almost eight
years as Executive Chef in the bustling and exciting territory of Hong Kong,
provides him with wide knowledge of his field.
During his time in Manila he met Vera, a very pretty
and smart woman working as a Receptionist in one of his supervised restaurants. They fall
in love ever since and got married in 1994 before leaving to Hong Kong.
Vera has a degree in Tourism from the University of
the Philippines and started to work at the prestigious Manila Hotel as
restaurant receptionist position before she was moved to the Front Office
department.
After moving to Hong Kong her past experience proofed
beneficial and she has worked in some of the best hospitalities establishments
this city has to offer. Her warm, friendly and outgoing character makes her a
perfect match to any post, which requires the highest standard of guest service.
